Heating instructions (oven):

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish and cover tightly with foil.

  3. Bake 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  4. Remove foil and bake 2–3 minutes more if you prefer a slightly crisp finish on the sweet potatoes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Consume within 3 days of pickup. Do not refreeze after reheating.
