Heating instructions (oven):
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Transfer meal to an oven-safe dish and cover tightly with foil.
Bake 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove foil and bake 2–3 minutes more if you prefer a slightly crisp finish on the sweet potatoes. Let rest 2 minutes before serving.
