  • What are Wednesday Night Take-Home Meals (also called Mom Meals)?
These are our midweek lifesavers. Every Wednesday, we offer a rotating menu with a this-or-that choice, giving you the option between two meals. A comforting classic and lighter option.

Are Wednesday meals hot and ready or heat & eat?
Wednesday Night Take-Home Meals are always hot and ready. Just pick up, head home, and eat.

Are these available as individual meals or family meals?
Both. Wednesday meals are available as:
    Individual meals
    Family 4-packs
This makes them perfect whether you’re feeding one person or the whole table.

    When are these available?
Ordering opens ahead of time, and meals are picked up on Wednesday evenings. We also offer delivery to HSC and Longwood for a charge of $5.

  • What does “Heat & Eat” mean?
Heat & Eat meals are mostly prepared to make dinner easy. Some items are fully cooked and just need reheating, while others are lightly prepped and meant to be quickly finished at home for the best flavor and texture.

    Are the meals fully cooked?
Many components are fully cooked. Some proteins, like shrimp, are prepped and seasoned but need a quick sear or finish before eating. This helps keep them fresh and prevents overcooking.

How long does it take to finish a Heat & Eat meal?
Most meals can be ready in 5–10 minutes. Reheating instructions or quick-cook directions are included with every order.

    What equipment do I need?
Most meals can be reheated in the microwave or oven. For items that need finishing, a stovetop pan or air fryer works perfectly.

Are Heat & Eat meals good for meal prep?
Yes. They’re great for busy weeks, flexible schedules, and anyone who wants nourishing food without starting from scratch.

How long do Heat & Eat meals keep?
We recommend enjoying them within 3–4 days when stored properly in the refrigerator.

Can I order individual meals or family packs?
Both. Heat & Eat options are available as individual meals or family-style portions.

You’ll find a little bit of everything here. From fridge finds and ready-to-use staples to family-style meals, bulk platters, and sweet treats.

Do Market items require advance notice?

Some items are available with as little as a few hours’ notice, while others require up to two days so we can prepare them fresh and with care. Each item will note its required lead time when ordering.

Are any items available without notice?

Yes. Select Market items are stocked in the fridge and available for same-day purchase. Availability changes regularly, so customers are welcome to call or stop by to see what’s currently on hand.

What kind of items are typically in The Market?

    The Market may include:
