Stay Grateful, Stay Fed Gratitude Challenge

Hey y’all,

November has always been my favorite month. It’s that sacred in-between — when the leaves fall, the air cools, and the world seems to whisper, “Slow down.”

For me, Thanksgiving has never just been about the food (though y’all know I love that part too). It’s about gratitude, gathering, and grace — the three ingredients that make life truly full.

This year, after a whirlwind of change and a lot of spiritual “uploading” energy, I’ve realized how easy it is to get caught up in the noise of the world and forget the simple magic of being thankful. Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything’s perfect — it’s about noticing the good even when things feel uncertain. It’s about the pause before the next big push.

So this month, I’m making space for gratitude. Every single day.
And I’d love for you to join me. 💚

The Stay Grateful, Stay Fed Challenge

Every day this November, we’re inviting you to post one thing you’re grateful for — big or small — using the hashtag #StayGratefulStayFed on Facebook or Instagram.

You can write it, snap a photo, or even just share our daily gratitude post. Each week, we’ll pick a few participants to win fun Grateful Fed goodies, and we’ll share the winners in our weekly newsletter!

Maybe your gratitude is for your morning coffee, a friend’s kindness, a good meal, or a moment of quiet that helped you breathe again. Whatever it is, celebrate it. Because when we share our gratitude, we raise the vibration for everyone around us.

🌾 A Season to Turn Inward

We’ve just crossed through Samhain — that time when the veil is thin and the earth invites us to go inward. For me, that means taking time to refill my own cup so I can keep showing up for others. Gratitude is my way back home to center.

I’m reminding myself — and hopefully reminding you — that even when things feel heavy, there’s always light if we choose to look for it.

So let’s fill November with it.
One thankful thought, one shared post, one heart at a time.
