Stay Tuned!

Twenty years ago, Red and I went to Jamaica for what we thought would be a “wedding-moon.”
We were going to say “I do” on the beach, come home, and throw a big party. But the universe had other plans — Hurricane Tammy rolled through (you can’t make that up ).
We came home, married right here surrounded by our people, and it turned out exactly how it was meant to be — full of laughter, grace, and good food.
Lately, I’ve been thinking about that lesson a lot. Between my dad’s health, the new systems for Grateful Fed, and waiting for this Real ID that’s holding up my Square account (and my sanity), I’ve had to lean deep into the same truth:
Don’t push the river. Trust its flow.
That’s what I’m doing right now — listening when Spirit says pause, waiting when the timing’s not mine to control, and knowing that what’s meant for me will always circle back like the tide. i
So if you’ve been feeling off-course, or like the storm keeps rewriting your plans — remember: the current isn’t against you, it’s just rerouting you somewhere softer, wilder, and better fed.
We’ll keep showing up with love, flavor, and faith until everything flows again — one meal, one week, one heart at a time.
Gratefully Yours,
Tammy
