The Grateful Fed Catering Company ("Grateful Fed," "we") runs a private internal tool, Grateful Fed Event Sync, that connects to our own QuickBooks Online account. This policy explains what that tool does with information.

What we access

With our authorization, the tool reads our own QuickBooks invoices and payments: customer names and email addresses, invoice numbers, menu items and quantities, event dates, times, locations, service types, and amounts paid and owed.

Why

We use it only to run our catering business: to give our kitchen and staff accurate event details and menus, and to keep our own calendar and records up to date.

Where it is kept

Information is stored in our private, access-controlled systems (Supabase and Google Workspace) and is visible only to approved Grateful Fed staff. QuickBooks access keys are stored encrypted.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone outside The Grateful Fed, except the service providers that host our systems, or when required by law.

Retention and removal

We keep event records as long as needed for our business and accounting. We can disconnect QuickBooks at any time, which stops all access.
